Eagles Bar

In 2008-2009 Eagles bar suffered 4 armed robberies inside 18months. They were very aggressive robberies involving 2 or more gang members. They had guns and a number of the staff were involved on multiple occasions. The same group of thugs were alleged to have been involved in all 4 robberies. They kept coming back as the CCTV camera systems and all other security systems were not enough to deter them, nor were they able to forensically connect them with the crime scene. On the last occasion, they were sprayed with DNA Guardian.

Subsequent to this, Police were able to make arrests and were able to identify the correct criminals. Since this last attack back in 2009, this venue has remained crime free, staff are feeling safe once again, and this gang has not touched another DNA Guardian customer either – keeping the community safer.
